Every paid braceful Pro plan comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the charge for your Pro purchase — subscription or Team — and we will refund it — no hard feelings.

Evaluate before you pay

Pro also includes a 14-day free trial with no credit card, so you can try every Pro feature before paying anything at all. Between the free trial and the 14-day money-back guarantee, you have ample opportunity to decide whether Pro is right for you.

What's covered

Billing and refunds are handled by Paddle

All payments for braceful Pro are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as our Merchant of Record. Paddle is the seller of record and handles payments, taxes, invoicing, and the processing of refunds. When a refund is approved, Paddle returns the funds to your original payment method; the time it takes to appear depends on your bank or card provider.

After the 14-day window

Once the 14-day window has passed, purchases are generally non-refundable.
